As an Online Glow Agent, you will communicate daily with new and current customers through different channels. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service and Interaction

- Provide efficient customer service by responding to inquiries within 48 hours.
- Deliver a personalized experience, adapting to each client's unique skincare needs.
- Foster a respectful environment for both clients and team members.
- Reflect the positive and professional Perfec-Tone brand in all communications.
- Team Collaboration and Environment
- Prioritize creating and maintaining a supportive, collaborative team environment.
- Regularly seek customer feedback to inform and improve our services.
- Service Ownership and Improvement
- Assume ownership of service shortcomings and rectify them promptly.
- Master understanding of our various customer levels, adapting your approach accordingly.
- Privacy, Safety, and Cleanliness
- Ensure safety, confidentiality, and respect for clients in all communication and service delivery.
- Give complete attention to clients, respecting their privacy and time.
- Multichannel Management
- Proactively manage comments, queries, and support needs across various platforms, including social media, email, and phone.
